Depends on if they give you a thirty days(grace period) to keep up with the payments(make up the difference) or not some companies will take a vehicle back after one day(legally if they have the contract drawn up so they can take your vehicle if your late any amount of days).....this is why we have court cases everyday because of illegal repossessions....someone i know went without paying for 6 months and still was able to work out the payments with the holder of his auto loan...so like i said it depends on the company and contract you signed....especially with the economy is the way it is...
