I don't know this for sure, but I doubt it. You may be asked to come back again in a few days for another test, or if the drugs are prescribed, you may be asked to produce the bottle and/or a letter from your Dr. Something just tells me the State won't pay unemployment benefits to a person who shows evidence of being on illicit drugs during the whole unemployment thing.
