How Does The Stem Of A Cactus Help It Survive In A Dry Environment?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Well the stem of the cactus is very important.  It sucks all the water it needs from the ground and in a dry environment, they need the stem to survive because plants and all living things need water to survive. The stem gives all the water it needs, cactus in your garden or anywhere else like a park etc... Don't have long stems to suck in water because you water them, or the rain gives them water.
