I think it is. I wear them inside my panties all the time in case I can't get to the mens room in time. It can absorb a bit of urine without leaking. I use kotex overnights. Also, I feel very feminine when I wear them while cross dressing in public.

I have been wearing women's pads since I had my prostate removed,going on 2 years now.They work very well in controlling my wetness.I have no problem wearing them but wish i didn't have to.

I wear them in solidarity with my wife during her period. It brings me closer to her when she needs me and gets me in touch with my fem side.

Um there awkward n uncomfortable i dont see what you would need to wear them for anyway.consider yourself lucky u dont get a period!
