Can A Blood Thinner Make You Show A Positive Drug Test For Cocaine? Urine Sample.

My boyfriend was in a car accident and had blood clots and was given a blood thinner. Work made him go for a random drugs test several days after his accident and they found cocaine in his system.

    NO!!!
NO blood thinner has any chemicals or chemical properties that can be associated with cocaine. If cocaine was found in his blood, is was introduced into his system, accidently or on purpose. There are cases of people that took the test and they had "cocaine" markers [chemicals or medicine that confuse the test for cocaine]. In that case he takes a different type of test or tell the tester EVERYTHING, even vitamins & minerals he takes for the "markers"
    hope this helps
