Vegetable Fry, like potato, brinjal, lady-finger, capsicum....
To make a fry crispy use more oil and put it on high flame for the first 2 min and simmer later, do not close the vessel used to fry with lid. Before putting all the chopped vegetables add little salt and jeera.
If different vegetables are left in less quantity then fry all of them as mixed vegetable excluding lady-fingers and bitter-gourd and others.
