Can MVP Just Disappear Over Time?
My mom had MVP but now the doctor says it went away. Can that really happen?

MVP or Mitral Valve Prolapse is basically a valve abnormality. Actually the doctor is right. Most of the patients suffering from MPV with excellent prognosis don't need any treatment apart from regular checkups. It wont disappear though, it would be there but your mom would not require any treatment for it.
