Can A Small Amount Of Cocaine Show UP On A Hair And Urine Test?
My cousin had said that she had done three small lines and now found out that for this job she wants she has to take both(hair&urine) tests.Will this show up in either tests, how long will it show up for, and for how long? Should she wait and or is there something she could do about it?

Even a minute amount of cocaine shows up during a drug test. It is flushed out of urine after 3-4 days but stays in hair follicles for around 6 months. Thus a hair follicle done during first 6 months of usage of cocaine shows up. People often bleach their hair completely, due to damage to the hair follicles the drug often does not show up. Or your friend should wait for 6 months before she goes for the test.

Hair bleaching and coloring does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to mask drugs in your hair, so do not do this as a sole remedy! There are many products on the market you can purchase to help strip down the cortex of chemicals. Research them carefully. The sites all have lots of helpful hints about what to expect on a follicle test. Remember, hair grows about 1/2 inch a month. Follicle test generally only take about 3 months worth, so 1.5 inches. They can go back up to 6 months (3 inches) but most don't.
Regarding the hair, that is not strictly true. What actually happens is that hair retains a chemical record of what you have taken and where it is found in the hair can indicate when (using the average hair growth rate), this is why a lot of athlete's (especially male) have shaven heads. If you have long hair 1 or 2 strands can be used to trace back over the life of the hair what, if any drugs you have taken. Even if you have not taken any but been in the presence of where drugs are used (especially those smoked) a residue will be left in your hair from any accidentally ingested.

By the way, this goes for body hair as well, hence the reason some athlete's remove this as well.
Urine 3 days, hair test will show what u have done in last 6 months, but there is a way out my sister in law just bought a shampoo on line really expensive but it works
