When Is It OK To Pick Up And Move Newborn Kittens Without The Mother Rejecting Them?

Because my cat had kittens yesterday underneath my sunbed which is quite a hard place to get to and is really dark and I need to move them to a safer place as the sunbed is a big open space her nest

    It's all safe and sound if mother is not rejecting. You can move them easily by now and it will not effect either of them. But a problem can be there if they got familiar with this  place and then you will try and things will go in vain.
