You can get it after beating the elite four.you need to see 150 pokemon [from turtwig through palkia] make sure you fight uxie,mesprit,and azelf.if you are STILL missing some,fight everyone you can use your rods,and this should get you the national dex

You can get this in sad-gem town. First you have to see all pokemon of sinnoh. NOTE: They don't have to be all captured.

See all 150 pokemon in Sinnoh and if your missing a mothim battle the ace trainer in that foggy area near Celestic Town or a wormadam can be found a route 214 by battling the girl beauty Dexon. Hope it helped

First you have to see 150 pokemon for the pokedex.Then go to Sandgem town.Go talk to Professor Rowan.He will give you the national dex.
