    A centrifuge is an apparatus, usually used in scientific experiments, that rotates at a very high speed and by means of centrifugal force, separates substances having a different density, for instance milk and cream. An example exists inside your kitchen. Yes!! It's your blender mixer and it works the same way when you make butter out of milk.
