    About 5000 years ago, the Chinese people invented green tea, which is made out of leaves. This tea is known for having the remedy for a lot of diseases and is very soothing.
    It has amazing healing powers and is known for reducing cholesterol, clear up the skin and fight many types of cancer. However the most common reasons why people drink green tea is the fact that it burns calories.

    Not only this tea is famous in China but now it is recognized all over the world as an amazing drink that has no side effects and can do wonders.The normal black tea contains a lot of caffeine and other antioxidants; however green tea is much better for boosting up the metabolism rate in a person. If you start drinking green tea you can lose up to 80 calories per day. However this also depends on your body weight and height.

    This does not mean that you can eat whatever junk food you want and have green tea and it will help you losing weight. Well obviously not, it is not magic and will just help in increasing the metabolism rate and burn calories. Have at least 2 cups of green tea a day along with a balanced diet and exercise and I am sure it will help you reducing weight much quicker than before.
