Has Anyone Ever Dealt With Apacer Lending And If They Are Legitimate Company?
I want to know if anyone has ever dealt with Apacer lending and if they are legitimate company. I have been approved for loan from them, but they want me to give them money (collateral) before they give me the money. I don't know what to do. Any suggestions or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

It's probably a scam. You should not have to give any money up front to anyone for a loan. (How much money are they asking you to send? How much are you asking to borrow? Do they want you to wire money to them? If so, the company is scamming you. Once you send them your money you will not see your loan.
