I Am Happy With A Lot Of My Body But One Body Part I Am Not Pleased With Is My Legs. They Seem To Be Far Too Skinny. What Can I Do To Tone Them Up?

There are certain things you can do to solve this problem and luckily plenty of sports focus upon toning up the legs and making them stronger. A really good one is cycling. Not many people think of taking up cycling once they are past the age of twelve, for them bike riding was all about fun and games when you were little but it was something that was stopped as they grew up. However, cycling really can help to tone up those legs and make them look bigger than what they do at the moment.
Swimming is another exercise which is good for the legs, as is running. It all depends upon your personal preference. If you prefer something a little more relaxed then yoga may be more your kind of workout. If you do prefer something a little more active then running or cycling would be more for you. So, work out what you enjoy and that way you will know which type of sport would be better for you.

Eat more fat foods and play a whole lot of sport...you will soon get thick nice tempting tights legs and butt. This is 100% guaranteed.

all these exercises and fitness work outs will strengthen your legs but do nothing with the shaping of your legs, unless they are already shapely.
