Will A Ccj On My Property Stop Me From Getting Credit ?

My brother got into debt whist he lived with my parents and me, when my mam and dad bought another house i bought this one, and he moved with them, as he owed the money when he lived in parents house now my house they put the ccj on this one, will it effect me from getting credit? I have very good credit, credit cards etc ?

Are you looking to get a loan? I dont think it will affect you in any way, since you really have nothing to do with it. I would ask a credit counseling company or a financial advisor to be sure.
