    Can Drive Time Repo Your Car In Florida If It Is Only 1 Week Late, Can You Help?

    I bought a truck through drive time i recently had to move closer to work due to the prices of gas. Due to the expense of moving I am currently 2 days late and explained that i would be current by next Monday. They stated that due to the newness of the account they could request it be returned today if i don't pay. I don't believe they are within their rights to do this. I need help.
