    Running, running, more running, um eat 5-6 SMALL meals per day, drink at least 8 cups of water, lots of fruits and veggies, crunches, lunges, sit-ups, pull-ups, swimming, biking, roller-blading.  Try runnersworld.com for tips etc.

      Most people would say that if you want to lose weight go eat slim pills. But I say that the best way is to exercise 3 to 4 days a week, don't eat to much oily food and start to eat more foods that have carbohydrates and proteins. Do have a balanced diet too. This is my answer.
