Strictly speaking, there is no real word "Clocken" in German. The German for a clock is "Uhr".

However, the word "Clocken" is sometimes used in what might be called "Gerglish" to refer to what in English we call over-clocking. This is mainly used in connection with computer components like CPUs and graphic cards, which can be speeded up, with a slightly higher risk of failure,  beyond their officially sanctioned operating speeds.
