Can a landlord evict you because you gave them a check that was returned even though the money was there yet in the wrong account without a second chance to pay if so when will you know?
 No , ur landlord can not evict u for that. in order to evict u the landlord has to give u at least a ten day notice for his money, then if he gets no response from u, he has to go to the court and file for an eviction, after that ull get a court date to go and fight it. if u don't show up the judge will be in landlords favor. if u do go and u still haven't paid ur balance, the judge will order u to pay ur balance in 10 days. if u don't pay in 10 days than u will be served a real eviction notice from the sherrif. |
