My Dog Has Red Bumps On The Inner Parts Of Her Ears And Has Been Very Lethargic The Last Few Days?

My dog has been very inactive, doesn't really scratch at her ear but twitches head a little and the bumps are like dime sized and smaller on the inner part of her ears
