 During Strenuous Exercise, The Precapillary Sphincters Of The Skeletal Muscles Will Be Relaxed. True Or False?

 It depends on how well fit you are. If an unfit person that never did this type of exercise before did some strenuous exercise, then the muscles won't really be relaxed and they will get sore legs/arms the next day. But, if a fit person that has done this type of exercise many times before or on a daily basis, then the muscles will be kind of relaxed, but not completely.
