I want to know if when applying for unemployment due to a lay off I should list my past 1099 jobs as well? Will this help me receive more benefits or could it hurt me?

You should always be truthful when you apply for benefits or when filling out a job application. If you are caught in a lie you can lose any possible benefit.
Likewise, an employer will fire you if you falsify information on your employment application.
HONESTY IS ALWAYS THE BEST POLICY.

I did apply today and listed the truth. I just was not sure how to, we will see what happens. Thanks for the reply.
