It would be best to talk to the local veterinarian about the proper care for your Persian kittens and about feeding. Typically if the kitten is under 6 months, you would need to try and feed it canned kitten food about three to four times daily. You would later need to cut down on feeding to twice every day when your pet is roughly 6 to 8 months old.
You will have to gradually introduce your pet to adult food when the kitten is a year old. For this you can start by feeding your kitten say one-fourth adult food along with three-fourth kitten food mix, then increasing the quantity of adult food in the mix over a course of 5 to 10 days. Cleaning your Persian kitten's eyes and nose frequently is important.
You might want to play with the kitten using toys and not your hands as the latten can promote biting and aggressiveness. In case your kitten does bite you, blow in the face prior to pulling away your hand.
