Why Does My Security Light Blink On The Dash Of My 1997 Buick LeSabre And Causes The Car Not To Start Or Even Roll Over?

I stopped to get gas and when i tried to start the car it wouldn't start it wouldn't even make a clicking noise or act like it wanted to roll over. All of my lights on my dash and interior come on and my radio and air conditioner and everything works but the security light blinks and the car just wont start please help me
