What Can I Use To Get A Lot Of Curves In My Waist And A Good Shape?

I have a very low selfesteem and i want to look good I'm 13 and I'm really unhappy.

    Exercise,get involved in sports at school,exercise in the privacy of your home to music,jump rope learn to jump really well hope this is helpful to you and build that self esteem up,you are worth it,do things for yourself don't try to please others...good luck never start something without finishing it..Good Luck keep a diary of your progress and success.....good luck

    Eat a lot of fruit, and other healthy foods like veggies for snacks raisens, grapes, strawberries etc.

      Walk, eat right, keep your stress level down as to not bring your immune system down. There is no need in being unhappy about wanting to look different. You exercising and eating right at your young age you will see quick results. Keep your chin up as you should have high self esteem you are 13 and i am sure very pretty girl.

        What is important is not how slim you look but how you feel physically and psychologically. At age thirteen, your body is still undergoing changes physically, hormonally and emotionally. So , this is not a good time to worry about diets. Young women can end up with serious life threatening conditions such as anorexia nervosa and bulimia. They are susceptible to pressure from others around them. So, if you do decide to lose a few pounds, do it slowly and sensibly. Try changing the types of foods you eat and cutting out the rubbish. Increase your exercise but above all try and make it an enjoyable fun experience. Its a change of lifestyle you are after rather than a diet. : And remember, a lot of the beautiful people on our films and catwalks were regarded as ugly when at school. So , while i am not saying you are ugly i am pointing out the difference a few years can make when you are in the process of becoming a woman.:)

        Bellydancing is really great for creating a nice waistline.  Like any aerobic activity, it will help slim overall, but the movements in bellydance in particular tone and shape the muscles around the waist.

        Plus, it's so much fun it doesn't feel like exercising.  ;D
