It is not very easy to change the color of a rose through a natural processes. However, since you are doing a science experiment, you can use sulfur oxide for changing the color of the rose. Take a red rose and put it in a container of sulfur oxide. This chemical is a strong reducing agent and it will convert the color of the red rose to white by reacting with the red dye in the rose. If you further want to change the color of rose, you can use food color for it by simply putting a few drops of food color to water and then dipping the rose in it.

You have to cut the rose then put it in colored water. Then the tubers absorb it and change the color

I think Aicha answered everything, but in other words...i think that if u get a white rose and put it in colored water (u can use that kind of paint kids use in school) and it will change to the selected color.
