What Do I Do If My Cat Chokes On Her Food?

My 2 year old cat eats friskies indoor delights and some of my kittens food. She always used to eat overnight and now she doesn't want the much. I gave her some treats and she started choking on it. So I chopped it into little pieces so it would be better but nothing. I gave her some of her cat food and she started choking again. She meows for a long time and gets in the position where she would be throwing up but she doesn't. I gave my kitten the same food and treats and she eats it good.

I am concerned that your cat is not choking but experiencing nausea.  Nausea would explain why she is not as interested in food overnight and why food--treats and cat food--is making her gag.
I would have her examined by a veterinarian to screen for medical causes of choking, nausea, and vomiting.
If you cat is choking then air is unable to move from the trachea to the lungs.  This will cause severe difficulty breathing, pale gum color, and is potentially an emergency.  Look in your cat's mouth to see if there is any obstruction present.
It would help to video tape your cat doing this behavior to show your veterinarian.
