    My Husband Has A Bad Habit Of Lifting His Legs Up And Slamming Them Down On The Bed. This Wakes Me Up, Especially When His Foot Happens To Land On My Leg! Why Does He Do This In His Sleep?

    Is there a name for it? Is there anything we can do to make him stop?

    I have trouble sleeping too and I think it's because you wake up late then have to go to bed early that's what happens to me, I supposed to be sleeping but I can't so when someone answers this shout at me.
