My Unemployment Benefits End In Early 2010. Would I Be Eligible For The Extension Just Passed By Congress? I Live In Texas.

My understanding is that the program authorizing the Federal extensions (EUC Tier 1, 2, and 3) ends on 12/31/09. Kind of silly that they would pass a 14-20 week extension with 7 weeks left in the year, I know.
