Three days ago suddenly my hamster seems to look like she may be pregnant but she has no male companion. She looks very round and fat.

Don't be afraid! It might just be that she is harvesting. Some animals naturally store food in the winter. She might be storing food inside her cheeks making her look swollen and fat. I had a hamster who did that in the winter everytime I fed her.
