Like human, frogs are also affected by the intestinal worms. These can be  roundworm, flukes and tapeworms. These infection can be due to infected food or from the other infected frog. These worms or their eggs can be present in the feces.
The frog intestinal worms require vet visit for the treatment which includes antibiotics and sometimes surgery.
So, in my opinion take your frog to vet immediately for the treatment.
