I have been using clearisil for the past few months to keep my face clear and clean. I think it is making my face etreamly dry. When I put lotion on it, sometimes it burns. I am just asking for a solution .

In my opinion, it does have a tendency to dry skin when used regularly. I used it, following instructions by using it 2x a day and my skin got so red, dry & irritated. I then cut the usage down to once a day & that did not help. Now,here is what i did about that...my 13 year old son started breaking out and i went to the store to see if i could find something for sensitive skin so it was milder & i came across stridex sensitive w/aloe and it worked beautifully on his skin...well, i bought some for myself & i absolutely love it!!! I use it at night after i wash my face with a mild cleanser and i follow with my moisturizer and my skin looks amazing!!! You have to try it. I think you will like the results.

I would think so because it is doing its job by drying up the acne.
