Could This Be Mouth Cancer?

I have small white pimple like bumps on the inside of my upper lip. They do not bleed. I tend to bite on this area when nervous. Also a callus like area next to the inside of a front tooth on the bottom... I rub my tongue here when nervous... I doesn't bleed and can easily be scraped off with my nail.. But comes back.. Could this be cancer. Help

I have what appears to be broken blood vessel under my tongue that is blue.  It is the area that attaches the tongue to the bottom of your mouth.  There is also a blister beside this area.

A lump or overgrowth of tissue anywhere in the mouth can be an oral cancer. You must consult the doctor as early as possible.
