The problems which you are facing like weak pulse, and pale face are due to atrial fibrillation also called as cardiac arrhythmia. The breath problems after exercise and exertion can be due to atrial fibrillation and also due to asthma, ischemia, medicines for atrial fibrillation and lung diseases. To know the exact cause, the doctor will ask for some test like exercise and stress test. Discuss this with your doctor and go for it for proper diagnosis.
