What Happened In The News Today April 19th 2007?

In the news today, April 19th 2007:

Video sent to NBC from the killer of thirty two people at Virginia Tech was released across the networks across the world. It showed the gunman, Cho, preparing for the murders, it gave his disllusioned rants, he clearly looked a deeply disturbed person, in a lot of psychological pain.

After an announcement last week that the British journalist Alan Johnston was dead, the Palestinian leader Maumoud Abbas has said that Johnston is stlll alive, his family must be deeply upset by this.

As the French people are about to go the polls, the final campaigning is going on.

The United Nations has accused the Sudan of using planes painted to look like United Nations aircraft to smuggle weaponry into Darfor. President Bush has found his spine and threatened action, but there's no oil, so where will this end up? Probably just rhetoric.
