Awww, take midol it sumtimes works. Make sure u read the back and u have permission to take it. =)

First it depends on your age. I would strongly urge you to discuss this with your parent. But, the most reliable thing to do would be to make sure that you know your cycle and you do so by marking your calendar every time you get your monthly from start to finish. By doing this you will know when it is due and be prepared with your necessities such as sanitary pads or tampons, baby wipes to clean your lower area after changing, and aspirins or tylenol (which ever your prefer). I would suggest to start taking the aspirin or tylenol a day before your cycle starts to help with the cramping. Drink lots of water and hot tea usually helps (personally I prefered herbal teas). Another remedy is hot showers to help relax the stomach muscles and hot towels on the stomach or hot compresses.
But, if you are like my friend and the cramps are more severe then I would consult my doctor in order for him to prescribe something for me to ease the pain.
