Usually a minimum of 30 days notice is for when they have asked you to leave on good terms as they are wanting to use your property for other purposes. For eviction this is due to more serious circumstances and you are not generally entitled to more time to move out. Some countries are 5 days some are less or more. It depends on where you live and if your landlord has in writing the eviction details that has come from a legal service who will know the rules.
