The B.Com degree you have earned must have increased your knowledge about the accounting procedures followed in an organization. Now after doing B.Com you have an open option to choose between MBA and M.Com.
In M.Com you will be studying the advanced concepts of accounting which will help you only towards the field of accounting. But opting for MBA will increase your career chances and will open many opportunities. After doing B.com and MBA in banking and finance will be an added advantage to your professional and personal knowledge. So I would suggest you to go for MBA in banking and finance. That will be better for you because of the market demand of MBA's.
You should discuss it with your relatives, your father or any other professional working in any organization dealing with accounts. If you don't have any access to these then go to your institute from where you have earned the B.com degree and asks from your teacher to guide you towards a specific field. You can still work as an assistant accountant anywhere but as the market competition is stiff and many high professional degree holders are available in the market. So for this reason I will suggest you to become internee in any CA firm in the morning and in evening join the MBA Classes.
