Only if they're in good taste! LOL! Seriously, why are you wearing dresses? It's not really ok, unless you work for Shakespeare and it's 1545. Not so much, not these days, unless, you know, that's who you think you really are, then go for it, otherwise, not so much.

I wear dresses because they feel more comfortable, particularly since I live in South Texas where it's so hot. Dresses keep me cooler in this summer heat. I wear panties for the same reason, besides dresses are better suited to the male anatomy than pants, it's a known fact.
There is nothing wrong with guys wearing dresses or skirts. To those who oppose it you must be narrow minded and uneducated. Up until the 1940's you could buy dresses and skirts for boys right here in the U.S.. Look it up on the internet! I do however think that guys should be taught how to wear them properly, i.e nobody wants to see up your dress/skirt. The dresses/skirts should also be of proper lenght (knee or longer). They cover the same as shorts, but allow more air to circulate .
