The condition of tight muscles is called hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. In this condition heart muscles become thick and block blood flow so the heart can not function properly. There is another condition in which walls of the ventricles become tight and the condition is called Restrictive Cardiomyopathy. Treatment is by medicines, pacemaker implant but depends upon the type of problem. I advise you to visit a doctor and have proper diagnosis and its treatment. For more details, visit Cardiomyopathy.
