I Want A Welcome Speech For Teachers ,students In A Get-together Party In The Start Of Academic Year?

     A good Welcome Speech includes a good posture, projected voice and direct knowledge of what it is you're talking about.  If you want to deliver a speech that will encourage those in attendance to pay attention and take notice, you must have a structure and know exactly how long you will have to speak.
     A good intro would include a recap of last year and what was accomplished then.  From there you can lay a good ground for continuing on with what goals are needed for the upcoming year.  From there you can discuss what is currently being done now.  From there you could then offer a Q&A session that is really helpful in keeping the audience in focus.
     If you are confident and want to make it a great party, give them something to talk about.
