Well i enrolled in a class for medical office and i also heard about insurance billing and coding, i wanted to know if the pay is good, and worth it to pay for schooling for it, and what other information is there about this certain career?

When you say Medical Office do you mean Medical Assistant you can get a degree program or Associate of Science Degree. They pay well and you can work in hospitals or Doctors offices. Health Insurance Billing & Coding also pays well, you can work for a firm or as an independent consultant. You can charge your own rates. It is a good career path whichever you choose.
