T Moved To My Apt In 2003 When I Moved In My Landlord Said That If I Don't Resign My Lease It Automatic Renew Itself I Am Now Behind 1 Month Can The Landlord Just Threw Me Out?

There is no way your landlord can throw you out in this way. You have paid your rent for the previous month. He must give you a notice to pay the rent or else vacate the house. This notice would have a time period mentioned, Normally a week. If you fail to pay during that period, he would have to go to the concerned authorities to make you vacate the house. However, he can not do this on his own, its against the law.
