I had a home pregnancy test that was positive having symptoms such a cause, breast hurting enlarged changing color, constipation, tried , heavy feeling on left side of uterus, had sharp cramps lower abdomen , but when I went to my doctor the test came out negative, he sent me to get a blood test still.

Reliability of home pregnancy test is not good as blood pregnancy test in the lab. The symptoms which you are mentioning are due to progesterone sensitivity and progesterone levels are high during pregnancy and just before periods. So, it is good idea to have blood pregnancy test. It is 50, 50.
