If you meant Qingming, meaning "Tomb Sweeping Day" in Chinese, it is a festival of mourning for the dead. It is "celebrated" in a manner similar to Memorial Day in the USA. Traditionally there are picnics and dances and such held in honor and memory of the deceased.
