    Could Any One Advise Me On What Kind Of Work To Look For?

    I am a cashier at a grocery store now but am looking to leave the company and grocery industry behind for good. I like working with the public and my hands. I also like the customer service field . But I am looking for a company that will promote me rather than keep me at one position forever. I have considered getting my federal firearms licence to sell and buy firearms so I could open a gun shop or a sporting goods store specializing in outdoors such as hunting fishing camping and hiking goods.

    If you enjoy working with people, you might consider a career in something like real estate, or social services.  If you'd rather stick to retail sales, which many do, you may be thinking of a larger chain store, like Sears or Penney's, where you would be able to advance to management.  Have you thought about opening a small business of your own, or partnering up with someone?  If you have a special talent that you could sell to the public, that would be even better. 
    Just throwing some ideas your way -- hope it helps a bit.
