How Do I Get Information On An Unfiled Will ?

You can not get a copy of a will until someone has passed away then you go to the courthouse pay a few dollars and then you can obtain it . The only way that I know to get it while they are alive is ask for it , or go to your parents house going through the desk drawer and finding it that is how I found my parents, also that may be the pits also because out of seven children I was one of the three left one dollar OMG awesome parents huh sad part was my grandpa had left all the money he had to the seven kids and it was too late to do anything about it several years later when we found out my father lied and said My grandpa had no will. We got nothing and they became rich !!!!
