Samoa (group of islands) is located in the South Pacific, halfway between Hawaii and New Zealand in the Polynesian region. Samoa consists of the two large islands of Upolu and Savai'i and seven small islets. The main island is Upolu and almost 75% of Samoa's population live in this island and is also home of its capital city of Apia. The climate of the region is tropical.
