Are There Any Different Way Of Swimming?

Answer Question

Swimming is an art of moving along in the water. There are many styles in which you can swim but the most commonly user is free style swimming.

First of all, stretch your chin in such a way that you can envisage a line from your chin right down to your chest. And your whole body should hinge on this part. It must extend in the direction in which you want to swim. Do not keep your legs stiff. However, keep it straight and kicking up and down. You should not stop your leg movement at any cost. Start moving your hands randomly in such a way that if your right hand is front your left hand should be stretched behind. Perform this act in a wind mill motion.

Try to pull your right hand, which is extended in front; do it in a way as if you are trying to pull the water beneath your body. On the other hand bring your left hand out of the water and extend it right in front. While your one arm comes out of water turn your head to that side and breathe. Perform this act continuously.
