All I can say is get a good anti virus. One that has all round protection against Trojans, Worms, Root kits, etc. Get one that scans emails leaving and coming into your mailbox. And one that verifies your sites before you enter them. Make sure you scan flash drives and Cd's before you take anything out of it onto your computer. Oh and make sure that anything you download is from a reputable site and not form some dodgy site,
